The Engine Room’s Digbeth Sessions kicks off August Bank Holiday!

The Engine Room in Digbeth is gearing up for a new era in entertainment, featuring some of the city’s best DJs.

This cool, retro style mini-warehouse, with outdoor seating by the viaduct and River Rea, has been catering for various parties and DJ events since its conception, however, the time is now right to make this a permanent fixture on the Digbeth music scene, open to all.

The first event takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend. The Engine Rooms presents The Collective, will take place Friday, Saturday, Sunday (August 27th & 28th 29th).

The venue is presenting The Collective who are a group DJ’s lead by Steve Thornton.

The Collective used to deliver the music every weekend at the Lord Clifden in the JQ alongside The Great Outdoors.

There will be a Street food Trader – Between the Buns selling their tasty Burgers.

After the bank holiday The Collective & Between the Buns will be regulars every Friday thereafter.

  • Opening times are: Friday – 5pm till late. Saturday – 2pm till late. Sunday – 2pm till late.
  • Music policy – Fridays & Saturday day parties – Music for the mindful Eclectic/Balearic Beats. Laid back sounds Sat evenings from 8 soul/funk/disco,
  • Drinks: Solid selection of draught beers including, locally brewed draught pale ale from Fixed Wheel Blackheath.
  • *5pm till 7pm prosecco offers
