Extrawurst, the leading German fast food bratwurst brand, was welcomed with open arms by the people of Brum who cut the sausage ribbon for the opening last Thursday.
The opening in Birmingham New Street was a huge success with a queue of people waiting to be one of the lucky 100 to get a free Bratwurst on the house.
The well loved brand that has been in existence since 1981 has become synonymous for its succulently meaty, perfectly seasoned, seductively fragrant sausages.
