An exciting independent short film showcase and awards night is coming to Birmingham this November, celebrating emerging filmmaking talent and giving up-and-coming creatives the chance to see their work on the big screen.
REVEEU 2.0 takes place on Friday 20 November 2026, following a hugely successful debut in Wolverhampton earlier this year.
The first edition saw 26 short films showcased, 1,409 public votes cast and a completely packed cinema for the grand finale at Lockworks Cinema.
Now, REVEEU is heading to Birmingham for its second edition, bringing together filmmakers, creatives and film lovers for an evening of independent cinema, networking and awards.
The event gives emerging filmmakers a platform to share their stories and gain recognition for their work. Following a public voting process, shortlisted films are screened in a cinema, with both jury-selected and audience awards presented on the night.
With the success of its first event and its expansion into Birmingham, REVEEU is helping shine a spotlight on the region’s emerging filmmaking talent.
