Henry’s Blueshouse at the Bulls Head is taking one big step towards normality with the return to Tuesdays is Bluesdays next Tuesday at 7.00 pm.
After two nights of blues on film and on record during the Jazz Festival (details here) a themed programme is planned for every subsequent Tuesday.
The programme is set to change weekly and will feature music and film. For openers the theme on October 27th will be The New Orleans Rhumba Boogie – a hefty slice of the many musics of that city, an exhilarating gumbo of blues, rhythm and blues, swing, jump and jive.
