Saint Paul’s Market in Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, has welcomed two new food traders, with Original Patty Men (OPM) and Indian Cafe Racer joining the lineup of independent food kitchens.
For more than 10 years, OPM has built a loyal following for serving some of the best burgers in the city. Their opening menu features signatures such as the Classic Cheeseburger and Louisiana Slammer, alongside topped fries, chicken nuggets and exclusive specials, bringing its bold flavours to the Jewellery Quarter.
Indian Cafe Racer will be serving up small and large plates, offering a taste of India at Saint Paul’s. Guests can expect fan-favourite dishes such as Broccoli 65 and Chilli Chicken, slow-cooked Butter Chicken and Mutton Kosha curries, as well as a selection of sides. Exclusive dishes cooked over fire on the robata grill will also be introduced soon.
Joe Schuppler, co-founder of Saint Paul’s Market, said ‘’We’re always looking to champion brilliant independents that bring something unique to Jewellery Quarter’s food scene, and we’re so excited about OPM and Indian Cafe Racer joining our lineup!’’
The arrival of the two new food kitchens marks an exciting addition to Saint Paul’s Market, showcasing the food hall’s commitment to bringing Birmingham’s vibrant independent food scene under one roof.
