Fumo Waterloo Street is turning up the energy this autumn with a new Autumn/Winter cocktail menu, a spooktacular Halloween party and weekly DJ nights every Thursday as well as Friday and Saturday, from 19th November through to 31st December.
Fumo Waterloo Street will kick off the season with an exclusive Halloween Spooktacular party this Saturday, 31st October. With the resident DJ bringing the energy and the team raising spirits with Halloween-inspired looks, guests can expect a night of cocktails, music and Halloween party vibes.
Available from 26th October to 2nd November, the Ghost of Venezia (£14) will be casting its spell at Fumo – combining Grey Goose Vodka, Midori, lemon juice and coconut cream, the cocktail is finished with cloud-like foam and a dramatic red honey-dripped rim for a striking Halloween serve.

Fumo’s new Autumn/Winter cocktail collection features a mix of vibrant flavours, Italian-inspired serves and creative combinations designed to be enjoyed long into the evening.
The collection includes the Fireside Negroni, a tempting blend of pineapple and spiced rum, Campari and Amaro Montenegro; the Bellini Festivo, combining peach, Prosecco and Patrón Silver Tequila; and the Coco Bianco, a zingy mix of coconut, Patrón Silver Tequila, Cointreau and fresh lime. The menu also features the romantic sounding Amalfi in Winter and Winter Rose.
